Program description

The Pc Wizard Service Updates program sends service-related text messages to customers who opt in: repair status updates, diagnostic results and quotes, pickup notifications, and post-service follow-ups including review requests.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your service activity. Most repairs generate 2 to 5 messages from check-in to pickup.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Pc Wizard does not charge for text messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages. Reply HELP for help, call us at (580) 656-4279, or email [email protected].

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our handling of your information, including mobile data, is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
