This page documents how customers give Pc Wizard written consent to receive text messages. It is the public record of the call to action used in our SMS program.
How customers opt in
Customers opt in to text messages from Pc Wizard in person, at our shop counter at 812 W Main St, Duncan, OK 73533, by checking a consent box on our paper service intake form when they check in a device for service. This is the only opt-in method. There is no website or online opt-in.
The exact language on our intake form
“Yes, text me updates about my repair and a one-time review request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be checked by the customer. Customers who do not check the box are not sent text messages.
What we send
Repair status updates, diagnostic results and quotes, pickup notifications, and a one-time post-service review request. Message frequency varies with service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help, or call (580) 656-4279.
