When you bring us a device, request service, or contact us, we collect what we need to do the work: your name, phone number, email address, device details, and a description of the problem. If you use our website contact forms, we collect what you submit there.

How we use it

We use your information to serve you: diagnosing and repairing your devices, contacting you about your repair, sending service updates, invoicing, and following up on your experience afterward. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you service-related text messages: repair status updates, diagnostic results and quotes, pickup notifications, and post-service follow-ups including review requests. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, such as payment processing and messaging delivery, and only as needed to serve you. We disclose information if the law requires it.

Data security

We store customer information in access-controlled systems. When you provide device credentials for repair work, we handle them under our credential-handling procedures and remove them from working notes when service is complete.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (580) 656-4279 or emailing [email protected].
